What were the main themes of the book? It was about two young kids, stealing to get by. Also about them travelling to the future and revisiting the past. Author did a good job.
Describe 2 different settings or locations. The Rose, where they all sit around and drank ale. Ben Franklin's house that burn to the ground.
Were you able to connect with the main character and why? Yes, Charlie was very believable. He had to learn how to survive in a world that was far from his own. He listened, but he also used his wit. I too sometimes had to fly by the seat of my pants, just as Charlie and Yvaine did.
Which did you find more appealing, the introduction or the conclusion? I liked the conclusion the best.
Disclosure: I received a review copy of this book from the author.
